My name is Karis, and I am a recent Bath Spa University textile design graduate, now living in Bristol who specialises in illustrative drawings for fashion, textiles, stationary and also greeting cards. By intertwining hand drawn collages ,I use my digital skills to my advantage, by experimenting with colour and placement compositions. Through my portfolio, it is evident to see my illustrations are full of colour,texture and sometimes a little bit of humour.

This summer, I was picked to exhibit my work at the new designers exhibition in london alongside 11 of my coursemates. This opportunity led me onto winning the Kindred card collaboration award, in which I won the chance to create my own collection of prints and cards with them, as well as mentoring and portfolio reviews.

As well at new designers, I was also given a acaolade from The clothworkers association, for my use of illustraions and colour.

I have also created two sets of prints for award winning jewellers, Camilla Jones in Warwickshire, uk, these prints have been used as thankyou cards for commisions.
